Prices and Location

I offer a mobile service where I come to you. This means that you can train or have treatment in the comfort of your own home. If that is not convenient I am happy to meet at an alternative location ( animals and children are more than welcome).

I am based in West Sussex but also cover Surrey. I will travel further but please contact me so we can discuss this.

Personal Training

Initial consultation ( approximately half an hour)
£30.00 (Initial consultation fee waived if 5 or 10 sessions booked at the time of consultation)
Personal Training session (per hour) - £55.00
5 Sessions Pre Booked Package £260.00 (saving of £15.00)
10 Sessions Pre-booked package £500.00 (one free session)

Sports Massage

Sports Massage (one hours treatment) - £55
5 Sessions Pre Booked Package £260.00 (saving of £15.00)
10 Sessions Pre-booked package £500.00 (one free session)

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please can you give me as much notice as possible. Any cancellation with less than 24 hour’s notice, the full amount will have to be charged.
